Who you are

You have over 4 years of experience in web application testing, ensuring the integrity and safety of clinical trial software. Your solid analytical skills allow you to review product requirements and verify that they are clear, consistent, and testable. You possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies and principles, which enables you to develop and execute test cases for complex software modules effectively.

Your working knowledge of SQL is essential for preparing testing data and executing test scripts. You are familiar with test automation and have experience using industry-standard tools to automate test scripts. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong learning capability are part of your toolkit, allowing you to tackle challenges efficiently. You also excel in time management and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Senior/Principal Software Test Engineer and be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of clinical trial software. You will develop validation plans according to a risk-based testing methodology and set up the testing environment. Your responsibilities will include authoring and executing test scripts, documenting defects, and tracking resolutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will collaborate with other team members to assist with software deployment into all environments and complete all required documentation. Additionally, you will support the investigation of production issues alongside the support team. Your role will also involve automating test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
