You have a strong technical background in Salesforce, with the ability to translate complex configurations into simple, effective solutions for clients. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to engage with prospects and understand their needs, ensuring that you can design compelling technical solutions that align with their business processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and product teams to deliver value to customers. Your consultative approach makes you a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the technical evaluation and implementation process. You are proactive in keeping demo environments up to date, showcasing the latest product features effectively. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with customer use cases, ensuring that every demonstration resonates with the audience.
Desirable
Experience with integrations and best practices in Salesforce architecture is a plus, as is familiarity with RFPs and security questionnaires. You are comfortable leading discovery sessions to map business processes and translate them into technical requirements, enhancing your ability to support the sales cycle effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions using Sweep. You will deliver customized demos and technical presentations that align with customer use cases, acting as a trusted advisor on Salesforce architecture and integrations. Your responsibilities will include leading discovery sessions to map business processes and translating them into technical requirements. You will also support RFPs, security questionnaires, and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring that prospects have a clear understanding of how Sweep can meet their needs. Collaboration with the Product team will be essential as you prepare new features for launch and enable the sales team to present them with clarity and impact. Your role will go beyond traditional sales engineering, as you will work closely with Product and Product Marketing to shape how Sweep's solutions are positioned in the market.
