Taboola is hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the DACH market. You'll be responsible for generating new business and closing deals while collaborating with internal teams. This role requires fluency in German and English, along with strong B2B sales skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in B2B sales and performance marketing — your experience has equipped you with strong prospecting skills, allowing you to identify and engage high-potential leads effectively. You are fluent in both German and English, which enables you to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders in the DACH region. Your deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills are top-notch, and you thrive in a target-driven environment where you can manage a full sales cycle independently.

Your organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, which help you articulate strategies and solutions to clients clearly. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals, and your active listening and structured thinking skills contribute to your success in client-facing conversations.

Desirable

Experience in ad tech, social media marketing, or general performance advertising would be a bonus, as would an understanding of media buying KPIs such as CPM, CTR, and ROAS. Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Taboola, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving significant revenue growth in the DACH market. You will act as a strategic consultant to advertisers, helping them optimize their advertising performance through Taboola's innovative solutions. Your role will involve prospecting and closing deals, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the DACH Growth team.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver results and optimize performance for your clients. This includes working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the best possible service. Your ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.
