Who you are
You have 3+ years of professional experience in account management, partner management, or client success, ideally within the digital media or programmatic advertising space. Your solid understanding of programmatic principles is complemented by familiarity with ad tech concepts such as SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB, or yield optimization. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to work proficiently in Excel and Google Sheets to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are your forte, allowing you to confidently manage relationships with both technical and business counterparts. You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Comfort in fast-paced settings with multiple projects and priorities is essential for your success.
What you'll do
As a Programmatic Account Manager at Taboola, you will serve as the day-to-day partner contact for one of our most critical supply-side partnerships. Your role will involve strengthening collaboration and driving business results while ensuring operational excellence. You will monitor performance metrics and execute growth initiatives, translating data insights into actionable recommendations that fuel success for both Taboola and the partner. Your ability to leverage your programmatic and account management background will be crucial in this role, as you work to enhance the partnership's effectiveness and efficiency. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies that align with both Taboola's and the partner's goals. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our strategic accounts, making your role vital to our overall business objectives.
What we offer
At Taboola, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $94,000—$110,000 USD, with an OTE pay range of $117,000—$137,000 USD. In addition to a discretionary bonus and equity, we provide flexible PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, and a competitive 401(k) match.
