Who you are
You have a strong background in programmatic advertising and media buying, with experience in optimizing campaigns to maximize client satisfaction. Your fluency in Spanish allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base, ensuring that their needs are met and understood. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives and Client Service support teams to drive user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for account expansion.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. You understand the importance of client retention and are proactive in addressing any concerns that may arise during the campaign lifecycle. Your ability to think creatively helps you develop unique solutions that enhance campaign performance and drive measurable results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and that clients receive the highest level of service. Your expertise in RTB and programmatic media buying will be essential as you optimize campaigns and provide insights that lead to improved ROI for clients.
You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and making recommendations for adjustments to enhance results. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to keep them informed about campaign progress and to address any questions or concerns they may have. You will also identify opportunities for account expansion, working closely with your team to develop strategies that align with client goals.
