Solutions Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You are a fluent Japanese speaker with a B.Tech / B.E / BSC IT degree and at least 3 years of experience in technical solutions or support roles, ideally within the ad tech industry. You have hands-on experience with SQL, Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, APIs, and Mobile SDKs, which equips you to tackle technical challenges effectively. Your familiarity with ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting, and online measurement makes you a valuable asset in driving success for advertisers. You understand tracking implementation methods, including Shopify and WordPress, and have experience with pixel implementation on customer websites, which is crucial for optimizing ad performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively onboard new advertisers and monitor delivery and performance across your book of business. You will engage with clients to provide in-depth technical recommendations and best practices, ensuring they achieve their advertising goals. Your responsibilities will include addressing any technical issues or concerns that arise, serving as a point of contact for clients. You will collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to drive success for Taboola's worldwide advertisers, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance client relationships and optimize advertising strategies.
