Tanium is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy to connect with customers and create programs that amplify their voices. Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer advocacy and engagement, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs is exceptional — you thrive on building strong relationships and creating impactful programs that resonate with them. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that showcase customer success stories effectively. Your strategic mindset enables you to design and execute advocacy initiatives that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes. You are comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. You are passionate about amplifying customer voices and fostering meaningful partnerships that enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Desirable
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with customer reference programs. You have a knack for creative storytelling and can leverage data to inform your strategies. A background in marketing or communications would be beneficial, as it complements your advocacy efforts and enhances your ability to engage with diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage key elements of the customer reference program, partnering closely with senior leadership to orchestrate collaborative efforts across departments. Your primary focus will be on identifying and nurturing customer advocates, ensuring their stories are effectively communicated and leveraged in marketing initiatives. You will design and implement advocacy frameworks that support reference needs and strengthen brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling customer evidence that highlights the value of Tanium's solutions, driving participation in advocacy programs, and measuring the impact of these initiatives on customer engagement and growth. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to identify advocates and uncover impactful benefits that resonate with potential customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align advocacy efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the advocacy journey.
