Tecovas is hiring a Team Lead in Austin to support the store leadership team and enhance customer experience. You'll be responsible for exceptional service and maintaining store operations.

What you'll do
As a Team Lead at Tecovas, you will play a crucial role in fostering a sales-driven environment that prioritizes genuine customer experiences. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and assist with sales on the floor. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality product services, such as branding and boot shines, to ensure a premium experience for customers. You will also support the store team with receiving shipments and preparing products for display, maintaining an organized stockroom, and assisting in the restock process to keep inventory levels optimal. Additionally, you will demonstrate loss prevention awareness and participate in ongoing staff education by sharing your product knowledge with the team.
