You excel in team leadership, supporting recruitment and retention efforts while fostering a culture of communication and teamwork. Your ability to administer performance appraisals and set goals ensures that your team is motivated and aligned with store objectives.
You are a brand ambassador who demonstrates extraordinary service and embodies the values of Tecovas β you cultivate genuine connections with customers, ensuring they receive high-quality product services with attention to detail. Your understanding of omni-channel business practices allows you to implement processes that enhance customer service and streamline operations.
What you'll do
As a Team Lead, you will support the Store Manager in various operational aspects, including recruiting, hiring, and training top talent. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a succession strategy and ensuring that the store operates smoothly. Your leadership will help create a positive service environment, where team development is prioritized, and customer satisfaction is paramount.
You will facilitate the sharing of product knowledge among team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped to provide exceptional service.
