What you'll do
As a Team Lead at Tecovas, you will support the Store Manager in various aspects of store operations, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members. You will play a crucial role in developing a succession strategy to ensure a strong pipeline of talent within the store. Your responsibilities will include conducting performance appraisals and setting goals for your direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. You will cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection, demonstrating extraordinary service and embodying the company values. You will implement processes that enhance the customer experience in an omni-channel business model, ensuring that customers receive consistent service across all platforms. Additionally, you will uphold stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards, managing product placement to optimize sales and customer engagement. Your role will also involve maintaining an effective store structure and floor plan, ensuring compliance with shipments and restocks to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
