What you'll do
As a Part-Time Team Lead at Tecovas, you will support the Store Manager in various operational aspects, including recruiting and training team members. You will play a crucial role in creating a succession strategy and conducting performance appraisals to help your team grow. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment where operational, visual, and customer priorities are seamlessly balanced.
You will be responsible for delivering extraordinary service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and connected to the brand.
