Tempus is hiring an MRD Clinical Account Executive to promote and sell Minimal Residual Disease testing services to healthcare providers. You'll engage with clinicians and drive the adoption of MRD testing within major cancer centers. This role requires strategic business development skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare or life sciences sector, and are passionate about advancing precision medicine. Your experience includes engaging with clinicians and decision-makers to drive the adoption of innovative healthcare solutions. You excel in strategic business development and have a proven track record of establishing and expanding business opportunities within complex healthcare environments.
You are skilled at collaborating with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers, to promote new testing services. Your ability to develop strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones is a key strength. You understand the importance of maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities and implementing laboratory services agreements (LSAs) effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Tempus's MRD testing services within your specified territory, focusing on major U.S. cancer centers, health systems, and community practices. You will engage with KOLs, clinicians, and decision-makers to establish and expand business opportunities, ensuring that Tempus's innovative testing solutions are integrated into clinical practice.
You will develop strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities. Collaborating with various sales roles within Tempus, you will work towards the attainment of company goals and objectives. Your role will also involve identifying and developing partnership opportunities between oncology clients and Tempus, promoting the integration of MRD testing into clinical practice.
