Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare or medical technology sectors, and are passionate about advancing the healthcare industry through innovative solutions. Your experience includes engaging with clinicians and decision-makers to drive the adoption of new medical technologies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

You are adept at developing strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, maximizing opportunities for client-bill contracting. Your ability to collaborate with various sales roles within an organization ensures that you contribute effectively to the attainment of company goals and objectives. You understand the importance of integrating new testing services into clinical practice and are committed to promoting their value to healthcare providers.

What you'll do

As the MRD Clinical Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Tempus's MRD testing services within your specified territory, focusing on major U.S. cancer centers, health systems, and community practices. You will engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and decision-makers to establish and expand business opportunities. Your role will involve developing strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, ensuring that you maximize client-bill contracting opportunities.

You will implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with institutions that opt for client billing, collaborating closely with various sales roles within Tempus to ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives. Identifying and developing partnership opportunities between oncology clients and Tempus will be a key focus, as you promote the integration of MRD testing into clinical practice. Your efforts will directly contribute to advancing precision medicine and improving patient outcomes in the healthcare industry.
