Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare or clinical services sector, and are passionate about advancing the healthcare industry through innovative solutions. Your experience includes engaging with clinicians and decision-makers, establishing business opportunities, and driving the adoption of new services. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and convey the value of MRD testing services.

You are strategic in your approach to business development, capable of developing plans to acquire new clients while retaining existing ones. Your ability to engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and understand their needs allows you to tailor your strategies effectively. You are familiar with laboratory services agreements and understand the nuances of client billing in a healthcare context.

What you'll do

As an MRD Clinical Account Executive at Tempus, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our MRD testing services to clinicians and healthcare providers. You will drive the adoption of these services within your specified territory, focusing on major U.S. cancer centers, health systems, and community practices. Your role will involve engaging with KOLs, clinicians, and decision-makers to establish and expand business opportunities.

You will develop strategic plans for acquiring new clients and maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities. Implementing laboratory services agreements with institutions that opt for client billing will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with various sales roles within Tempus will be essential to ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives. You will also identify and develop partnership opportunities between oncology clients and Tempus, promoting the integration of MRD testing into clinical practice.
