You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare or clinical services sector, and are passionate about advancing precision medicine. Your experience includes engaging with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, establishing relationships that drive business growth. You understand the importance of real-world evidence in clinical care and are motivated to promote innovative testing solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of MRD testing to clinicians and stakeholders. Your strategic mindset enables you to develop and implement plans that maximize client acquisition and retention. You are comfortable collaborating with various teams to achieve company objectives and ensure the successful integration of MRD testing into clinical practices.
What you'll do
As the MRD Clinical Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Tempus's MRD testing services within your territory, focusing on major U.S. cancer centers and health systems. You will engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinicians to establish and expand business opportunities, ensuring that they understand the benefits of MRD testing. Your role will involve developing strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities.
You will implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with institutions that opt for client billing, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Collaboration with various sales roles within Tempus will be essential to meet company goals and objectives. You will identify and develop partnership opportunities between oncology clients and Tempus, promoting the integration of MRD testing into clinical practice. Your efforts will contribute to advancing the healthcare industry through innovative testing solutions.
