Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare or clinical services sector — your experience has equipped you with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians and decision-makers. You understand the importance of precision medicine and are motivated to advance healthcare through innovative solutions. Your strategic thinking allows you to develop plans for acquiring new clients while retaining existing ones, maximizing opportunities for client-bill contracting.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish and expand business opportunities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers. Your collaborative nature helps you work effectively with various sales roles within the organization, ensuring that company goals and objectives are met. You are detail-oriented and understand the nuances of implementing laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with institutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the adoption of Tempus's MRD testing services within your specified territory, focusing on major U.S. cancer centers, health systems, and community practices. You will engage with clinicians and decision-makers to promote the integration of MRD testing into clinical practice, ensuring that healthcare providers have access to the latest advancements in precision medicine.
You will develop strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and develop partnership opportunities between oncology clients and Tempus. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of laboratory services agreements, facilitating a seamless experience for healthcare providers.
