You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the healthcare sector, and are passionate about advancing precision medicine. Your experience includes collaborating with major cancer centers and clinics, and you understand the importance of building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Academic Medical Centers. You are skilled in structuring detailed strategic plans to gain and retain clients, ensuring that you meet and exceed company goals.
You are adept at analyzing competitive landscapes and providing valuable feedback to leadership. Your ability to monitor sales performance and implement laboratory services agreements demonstrates your commitment to driving success in your territory. You are familiar with compliance standards and understand the importance of handling sensitive information ethically and legally.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics, as well as top oncology practices in your territory. You will structure detailed strategic plans aimed at gaining and retaining new and existing clients, maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities, and implementing laboratory services agreements with billing institutions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various sales positions to ensure the successful attainment of company goals and objectives.
You will identify and develop partnering opportunities between prospective oncology clients and Tempus, promoting compliance with new web-based molecular information tools. Continually analyzing the competitive landscape will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to determine trends and provide customer feedback to Tempus leadership. Your role will also involve monitoring sales performance to ensure objectives are met and developing a comprehensive business plan for your territory.
