You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various sales positions and ensure alignment with company goals. Your experience in structuring detailed strategic plans for client acquisition and retention demonstrates your proactive approach to business development. You are comfortable handling sensitive information and understand the legal and ethical standards required in the healthcare industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics, as well as the top oncology practices in your territory. You will structure detailed strategic plans aimed at gaining and retaining new clients while maximizing contracting opportunities. Implementing laboratory services agreements with billing account institutions will be a key responsibility, as will collaborating with various sales positions to achieve company objectives.
You will continually analyze the competitive landscape within your assigned accounts to identify trends and provide valuable customer feedback to Tempus leadership. Monitoring sales performance to ensure objectives are met will be crucial, as will developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan for your territory. Your role will also involve promoting compliance with new web-based molecular information tools for all clients, ensuring they have access to the latest advancements in precision medicine.
