You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, and are driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in precision medicine. Your experience includes developing strategic business plans and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve company goals. You understand the importance of building relationships with key opinion leaders and academic medical centers, and you are adept at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal teams alike. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess competitive landscapes and provide valuable feedback to leadership. You are committed to promoting compliance with new tools and services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics, as well as the top oncology practices in your territory. You will structure detailed strategic plans to gain and retain clients, maximizing contracting opportunities and implementing laboratory services agreements. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various sales positions to ensure the successful attainment of company objectives.
You will continually analyze the competitive landscape within your assigned accounts, identifying trends and providing customer feedback to Tempus leadership. Monitoring sales performance will be essential to ensure that objectives are met, and you will develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for your territory. Your role will also involve promoting and driving compliance with new web-based molecular information tools for all clients, ensuring they are equipped with the latest resources to enhance patient care.
