You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, and are passionate about advancing precision medicine. Your experience includes developing strategic business plans and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive growth. You understand the importance of building relationships with key opinion leaders and academic medical centers, and you thrive in environments where you can make a meaningful impact on patient care.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Your analytical mindset helps you monitor competitive landscapes and identify trends that can inform your strategies. You are adept at structuring detailed plans for gaining and retaining clients, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics, as well as the top oncology practices in your territory. You will structure comprehensive business plans that focus on client acquisition and retention, maximizing contracting opportunities with bill account institutions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various sales positions to ensure the successful attainment of company goals.
You will also promote compliance with new web-based molecular information tools for all clients, ensuring they have access to the latest advancements in precision medicine. Your responsibilities will include continually analyzing the competitive landscape within your assigned accounts, providing valuable feedback to Tempus leadership to inform strategic decisions. You will monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met and develop partnerships between prospective oncology clients and Tempus.
