Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the healthcare or life sciences sectors, and are passionate about advancing precision medicine. Your experience includes developing strategic business plans and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve company goals. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and academic medical centers, ensuring that you can effectively promote and drive compliance with innovative healthcare solutions.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess competitive landscapes and provide valuable feedback to leadership. You are adept at structuring detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining clients, maximizing opportunities for growth and collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics, as well as the top oncology practices in your territory. You will structure comprehensive business plans that include client-bill contracting opportunities and implement laboratory services agreements with institutions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various sales positions to ensure the successful attainment of company objectives.

You will continually analyze the competitive landscape within your assigned accounts to identify trends and provide customer feedback to Tempus leadership. Monitoring sales performance will be crucial to ensure that objectives are met, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's goals. Your role will also involve promoting new web-based molecular information tools to clients, ensuring they are equipped with the latest resources to enhance patient care.
