You have a strong background in business development, particularly in the healthcare or mental health sectors. Your experience includes driving strategic partnerships and expanding business opportunities with key stakeholders such as major behavioral health clinics and academic medical centers. You are adept at structuring detailed strategic plans to gain and retain clients, ensuring that you meet and exceed company goals. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with various sales positions, ensuring alignment and success across the team.
You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to continually assess the competitive landscape and provide valuable feedback to leadership. You understand the importance of compliance and are committed to promoting new web-based molecular information tools to clients. Your ability to monitor sales performance ensures that objectives are met, and you are skilled in developing comprehensive business plans that include budgets and territory management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities within your territory. You will engage with major behavioral health clinics and top psychiatry practices, identifying and developing partnerships with prospective psychiatrists. Your responsibilities will include structuring detailed strategic plans for client acquisition and retention, collaborating with sales teams to achieve company objectives, and promoting compliance with new tools and technologies.
You will analyze the competitive landscape within your assigned accounts, providing insights and feedback to Tempus leadership. Your role will also involve monitoring sales performance to ensure that objectives are met and developing a comprehensive business plan that encompasses budgets, travel, and goal setting. You will work closely with individuals across multiple departments, embodying and representing the Tempus company culture in all your interactions.
