Tempus is hiring a Clinical Account Associate to collaborate with Clinical Account Executives and drive customer adoption of their precision medicine platform. This role requires strong coordination with sales teams and a focus on client retention.

You have a background in healthcare or sales, with a strong understanding of precision medicine and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to assess competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Account Executive to develop strategies for acquiring and retaining clients in the oncology space. You will collaborate with various sales positions to ensure that company objectives are met and that clients are satisfied with Tempus' offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying upsell opportunities for Tempus' algorithmic tests and promoting the adoption of online ordering through the Tempus Hub. You will also analyze performance metrics to ensure sales objectives are achieved and provide feedback to leadership on customer needs and market trends.
