You are skilled in collaborating with diverse teams and have experience in client management, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders alike. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You are proactive in seeking out upsell opportunities and driving customer adoption of new technologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Account Executive to develop plans for gaining and retaining clients in the Mountain States region. You will collaborate with various sales positions to ensure the successful attainment of company goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities with existing customers for the use of Tempus algorithmic tests and add-ons, promoting compliance with new web-based molecular information tools, and driving customer adoption of online ordering through the Tempus Hub and EMR integrations.
You will continually analyze the competitive landscape within your assigned accounts to determine trends and provide valuable feedback to Tempus leadership. Monitoring sales performance to ensure objectives are met will be a key part of your role, as will developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan for your territory that includes budgets and travel plans.
