You have a strong interest in precision medicine and a desire to advance the healthcare industry — your passion for improving clinical care through technology drives you to seek innovative solutions. You are adept at building relationships and have experience working collaboratively with sales teams to achieve company goals. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor performance and identify trends within assigned accounts, providing valuable feedback to leadership.
You understand the importance of compliance and ethical standards in handling sensitive information — you are committed to maintaining the integrity of intellectual property and protected health information. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams ensures that you can promote and drive the adoption of new tools and technologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work alongside Clinical Account Executives to develop plans for gaining and retaining clients — your focus will be on identifying opportunities for upselling Tempus algorithmic tests and add-ons. You will collaborate with various sales positions to ensure successful attainment of company objectives, driving customer adoption of online ordering through the Tempus Hub and EMR integrations.
You will continually analyze the competitive landscape within your assigned accounts to determine trends and provide actionable insights to Tempus leadership. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan for your territory, which will encompass budgets and travel plans. You will play a crucial role in fostering partnerships between prospective oncology clients and Tempus, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support.
