What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the MRD sales strategy and efforts across the MRD Clinical Account Executive team and the broader oncology sales team. You will be responsible for managing business results, sales activities, and strategic collaborations for the MRD team. Your day-to-day decisions will involve deploying resources, allocating costs, and directing business activities to ensure the success of the MRD product portfolio.
You will develop and execute comprehensive business plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on accelerating the adoption of MRD testing within the oncology community. By leveraging your deep industry expertise, you will drive market expansion and establish Tempus as a leader in MRD testing.
