You are passionate about precision medicine and have a strong commitment to advancing the healthcare industry. You thrive in customer service roles and enjoy building and nurturing relationships with physicians and clinical staff. You are proactive in solving problems and presenting solutions to ensure a superior experience for clients. You understand the importance of handling sensitive information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
You have experience in customer relationship management and are comfortable assisting clinical staff with ordering and requisition forms. You are adept at collaborating with on-site clinical staff to resolve customer service requests and respond to inquiries efficiently. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing kit stock and literature replenishment at accounts.
What you'll do
As a Clinical Account Coordinator, you will prioritize customer service by cultivating and sustaining relationships with physicians and clinical staff. You will assist patients with the Tempus Financial Assistance Program application and help clinical staff schedule blood draws and coordinate mobile phlebotomy appointments. Your daily tasks will include monitoring sample shipments between Tempus, client pathology, and partner facilities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will communicate frequently with sales and other external teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
You will also manage your work hours between home and client sites, which may require travel between multiple accounts within a 20-mile radius. Your role is crucial in ensuring that clients receive the support they need to utilize Tempus' proprietary platform effectively. You will be the point of contact for customer inquiries and will proactively solve problems to enhance the overall client experience.
