You have 12+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions in the healthcare sector. Your expertise includes advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, allowing you to analyze large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights that can significantly improve patient care.
You are an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, R&D, Clinical Development, and Engineering. Your ability to define project requirements and deliverables ensures that your team is aligned and focused on achieving common goals.
Your experience includes developing predictive models and algorithms using multimodal data, which is crucial for advancing precision medicine. You are also familiar with integrating diverse data sources such as genomics, imaging, and electronic health records, which enhances the capabilities of the solutions you develop.
You understand the importance of handling sensitive information, including intellectual property and protected health information, in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity and security is paramount in your work.
Desirable
Experience with GenAI technologies is a plus, as you will collaborate with the GenAI team to develop new solutions that leverage cutting-edge advancements in artificial intelligence. Your ability to innovate and adapt to new technologies will be key in this role.
What you'll do
