Who you are
You have 12+ years of hands-on experience in data science, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions in the healthcare industry. Your expertise includes advanced statistical techniques and machine learning, allowing you to analyze large, complex datasets effectively. You are passionate about precision medicine and understand how to leverage clinical, molecular, and imaging data to develop novel algorithms that can be validated clinically.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, R&D, Clinical Development, and Engineering to define project requirements and deliverables. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment, ensuring that the solutions you develop are actionable and beneficial for clinicians and life science partners.
Desirable
Experience with generative AI and its applications in healthcare is a plus, as is familiarity with handling sensitive data such as intellectual property and protected health information. You are committed to adhering to legal and ethical standards in all aspects of your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of data scientists, guiding them in applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from real-world data. You will develop predictive models and algorithms using multimodal data, significantly advancing patient care.
