You are adept at hiring, training, and developing sales talent β you understand the importance of building a strong team and creating a culture of success. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including clinical professionals and stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating the healthcare landscape, understanding the nuances of working with providers and the challenges they face in utilizing genomic data.
What you'll do
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Account Executives across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. You will create and implement regional business plans that align with Tempusβs strategic objectives, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals. You will analyze market intelligence and environmental factors to identify key issues and develop actionable solutions that drive business results.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your sales team, making critical decisions regarding resource allocation and cost management. Your role will involve frequent travel to meet with Account Executives and clients, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales activities.
