What you'll do
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Account Executives across the Southwest Region, which includes San Diego, Arizona, and New Mexico. You will create and implement regional business plans aimed at exceeding sales goals for Tempusβs product portfolio. Your role will involve frequent travel to meet with your team and clients, ensuring that you are actively engaged in the sales process and supporting your team in achieving their targets.
You will analyze market trends and customer needs to inform your sales strategy, leveraging your knowledge of the healthcare landscape to position Tempusβs offerings effectively. You will oversee the selection, hiring, and training of new team members, ensuring that they are well-prepared to represent the company and its mission. Your responsibilities will also include managing business results and sales activities, as well as collaborating with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives that support overall business objectives.
