What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Genomics at Tempus, you will support the EVP of Genomics in developing and executing strategic focus areas for the business. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow the Genomics business, including portfolio strategy and go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage relationships with external partners and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
You will lead efforts to generate performance insights, highlighting actions and recommendations to exceed business goals. Your role will involve direct ownership of critical initiatives, including the development of new oncology tests and managing collaborations with external partners. You will work closely with leadership to provide visibility into sales performance and growth indicators, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
