You are an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong understanding of the Israeli job market and a passion for finding top talent. You have a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and creating a positive candidate experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with business leaders to align hiring strategies with company goals. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike. You are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and understand the importance of employer branding in attracting the right candidates. You are proactive in your approach and continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will co-lead all talent acquisition activities and initiatives at Tenable, focusing on attracting and hiring top-notch talent in the Israeli market.
