What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Shepherd, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for various technical roles, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Actuarial positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract top talent. You will leverage your network and utilize various sourcing techniques to identify candidates who not only have the right skills but also fit the company culture. You will conduct interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
