Who you are

You have experience in B2B partnerships, sales, or business development — you understand how to manage the entire partners' lifecycle from acquisition to growth. Your fluency in Slovak and English (B2 level) allows you to communicate effectively with both local clients and international colleagues. You possess strong data analysis skills and a performance-oriented mindset, enabling you to track partner performance and work with KPIs effectively.

Your excellent communication and negotiation skills help you build strong relationships with partners — you can easily explain and persuade others about the solutions you offer. You are enthusiastic about business and eager to improve your skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a team-oriented culture, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere even while working independently in the field.

Desirable

Knowledge of the Slovak market, particularly in the POS, fintech, or SaaS sectors, is a plus. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, ready to tackle the challenges that come with rapid growth in the fintech industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing new partnership opportunities, focusing on reseller and referral collaborations. You will assess partner suitability and lead discovery meetings to present solutions and negotiate business terms. Onboarding new partners and ensuring they are well-integrated into the collaboration will be key aspects of your role.

You will maintain regular contact with partners, managing relationships through check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Monitoring partner performance and conducting data analysis will help you identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving joint business activities. Collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance, will be essential to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership development.
