Who you are
You are fluent in Czech/Slovak and English at a C1 level, enabling you to communicate effectively with both local clients and international colleagues. You have at least 6 months of experience in sales, showcasing your ability to engage with customers and drive business growth. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills allow you to connect with clients, explain complex solutions, and persuade them of Teya's value. You possess a strong enthusiasm for sales and a desire to improve, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, supporting your colleagues while also taking initiative in the field. Your ability to work in a dynamic environment is crucial as Teya continues to grow rapidly in the fintech space.
What you'll do
As a Field Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to actively reach out to potential customers, including restaurant and café owners, to showcase Teya's innovative fintech solutions. You will engage directly with clients, demonstrating how our products can simplify their business operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Building long-term relationships is key; you will maintain contact with clients, assisting them with setup and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services. You will collaborate closely with your team, sharing insights and strategies to improve sales performance. Additionally, you will draw inspiration from colleagues in other countries, such as the UK, Hungary, Croatia, and Iceland, to refine your approach and contribute to Teya's mission of providing top-notch payment solutions.
