Overview
Teya is hiring a Business Development professional to help establish and grow reseller partnerships. You'll engage in B2B sales, market mapping, and partner qualification. This role requires experience in business development and excellent communication skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development — you understand the intricacies of building and managing relationships with partners. You are capable of independently managing the entire partner lifecycle from acquisition to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition for new partners.
Your English proficiency is at a fluent level (B2) — you can communicate effectively with international colleagues and partners. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to present solutions persuasively and close deals successfully.
You have a performance-driven mindset and a data-oriented approach — you focus on results and are motivated by achieving targets. Your enthusiasm for sales and desire to improve continuously make you a valuable asset to the team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work effectively in a fast-growing fintech setting.
Desirable
Knowledge of the local market and experience in POS, fintech, or SaaS environments would be advantageous, as it would help you navigate the landscape more effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will actively create deal flow and close new reseller partnerships, contributing to the growth of Teya's market presence. You will map the market and verticals, identifying new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential partners through various channels such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
You will lead discovery meetings to assess partner fit and present our solutions through pitches and demos. Negotiating business terms will be a key part of your role, ensuring that agreements are beneficial for both Teya and our partners. Once deals are closed, you will facilitate the transition of partners into the next phase of collaboration, ensuring they are well-supported.
Building a network of contacts and participating in events will be essential for your success. You will also work with our CRM pipeline to track interactions and manage relationships effectively.
What we offer
At Teya, you will have a real impact on the company's growth and market development. We provide an environment that fosters independence, trust, and support from a strong team. You will be part of a dynamic fintech environment where things move quickly, and your contributions will be valued.
We offer an attractive salary along with motivating bonuses, recognizing your efforts and achievements. Join us to help local businesses thrive across Europe with our payment and software solutions.
