Teya is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in various sectors including hospitality and large markets. Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Your communication and negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders and persuade them of the value of Teya's offerings. You are fluent in Czech/Slovak and English at a C1 level, enabling you to interact seamlessly with both local clients and international colleagues. You possess a genuine enthusiasm for sales and a desire to continuously improve your skills and strategies. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, understanding that while you may often work independently in the field, you are part of a larger team that supports each other. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced changes typical in the fintech industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on developing large clients in assigned sectors such as hospitality, bars, and clubs, creating account plans and executing multi-sale rollouts to increase Teya's market share. You will also explore new segments like canteens and stadiums, defining value propositions and establishing pilot collaborations. Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling Teya's payment terminal solutions to new merchants in your designated area. You will maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, offering additional products and solutions as needed through cross-selling and upselling strategies. You will conduct business development activities to identify and reach out to potential clients, collaborating with your team to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and share best practices. Monitoring and comparing sales results with other teams across different countries will be essential, as will managing your pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems while regularly reporting on KPIs.
