What you'll do
As the Head of Field Sales at Teya, you will take ownership of the strategic plan for field sales in Spain. You will lead a team of 20 sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of your team.
You will collaborate closely with the Spanish Country Leader to align sales strategies with the overall business goals. This includes identifying new market opportunities and developing initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team, ensuring that everyone is equipped to succeed.
Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the evolving landscape of the payments industry, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of Teya's sales operations. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with product development and marketing strategies.
