You are skilled in providing training and guidance to staff on export control policies and procedures — your communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with regulatory bodies and authorities. You maintain proficient record-keeping of export authorization documentation, including updated databases and tracking of pending license applications. Your proactive approach to compliance helps maintain the integrity and legality of global trade operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant export control regulations and laws. You will review and process export documentation for accuracy and completeness, maintaining proficient record-keeping of export authorization documentation. You will manage and prepare license reporting requirements, conducting risk assessments and audits of export activities to identify potential compliance issues.

You will provide training and guidance to staff on export control policies and procedures, ensuring that all team members are informed and compliant with current regulations. Your role will involve liaising with regulatory bodies and authorities as needed, keeping up-to-date with changes in export control laws and regulations. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the secure and legal movement of goods across European and international borders, contributing to the overall success of The Exploration Company's operations.
