Experience with real-time simulation frameworks and databases is a plus. Familiarity with hardware integration and testing methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are open to exploring new software tools and frameworks that can enhance the capabilities of the HiL platforms. Your ability to evaluate and select appropriate solutions will contribute to the success of the Future Systems team.

What you'll do

In your role as Software Engineer - HiL, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for Hardware-in-the-Loop platforms. You will define and refine the architecture of these platforms, focusing on software aspects such as Test Supervisors and Real-Time Simulation Frameworks. Your work will involve evaluating and selecting software tools that best fit the project requirements. You will collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate software solutions that enhance the functionality of the HiL platforms.

You will develop software tools and scripts to automate platform setup, test runs, and test exploitations, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in gathering requirements and aligning project objectives. You will continuously evolve your role, adapting to the needs of the Future Systems team and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for space exploration.
