What you'll do
As the first Enterprise Account Executive in North America, you will play a crucial role in shaping the sales strategy for TheyDo. You will work closely with key clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our AI-powered journey management platform can help them achieve their customer-centric goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also contribute to the creation of an enterprise playbook that outlines best practices for engaging with clients and driving sales success.
