You have a proven track record in managing executive-level relationships and driving revenue growth — your experience includes negotiating high-impact commercial agreements and developing account growth plans that align with revenue targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable aligning internal stakeholders to deliver on partner commitments.
With a natural curiosity, you enjoy asking questions and challenging industry standards — you understand the importance of fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can contribute and feel valued. You are adept at forecasting and tracking revenue performance, ensuring that you meet and exceed partner commitments.
Desirable
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with integration opportunities that enhance efficiency and strengthen partnerships. You are skilled in developing pricing strategies and identifying expansion opportunities that drive net-positive revenue growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own executive-level relationships with assigned carrier partners, serving as the multi-threaded relationship lead. You will drive net-positive revenue growth through effective contract negotiation and pricing strategies, ensuring that you meet performance against revenue targets and partner commitments. Your responsibilities will include leading commercial negotiations, including revenue-generating agreement renewals and amendments.
You will identify and pursue integration opportunities that increase volume and improve efficiency, thereby strengthening long-term partnerships. Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Product, Client Experience, Operations, and Data, you will ensure that all teams are aligned to deliver on partner commitments and revenue goals. You will also forecast, track, and report on revenue performance and pipeline, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
