You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within IT organizations, and understand the nuances of selling complex solutions to large enterprises. With 5+ years of experience in a similar role, you are adept at identifying and closing high-value opportunities while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively and present solutions tailored to customer needs sets you apart in the competitive landscape of IT sales.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to achieve revenue targets. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of enterprise accounts and have a deep understanding of the IT landscape, including workflow automation and integration solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding Tines' workflow automation platform within IT organizations. You will partner closely with core Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to identify, progress, and close IT-focused opportunities across enterprise accounts. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, developing tailored sales strategies, and presenting Tines' solutions to decision-makers.

You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborating with the Customer Success team, you will ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with Tines. Your ability to articulate the value of Tines' solutions will be crucial in securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
