Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within IT organizations, and understand the nuances of selling complex technology solutions. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders sets you apart, as you can translate technical concepts into business value.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to identify and close opportunities. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate the sales process effectively, ensuring that you meet and exceed your quotas. You are comfortable working remotely but are also willing to attend in-person meetings and events in your region as needed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding Tines' workflow automation platform within IT organizations. You will partner closely with core Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to identify, progress, and close IT-focused opportunities across enterprise accounts. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for clients post-sale, helping them realize the full value of Tines' solutions. Your insights into customer needs will inform product development and marketing strategies, allowing Tines to better serve its clients. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Tines in the market.
