Overview
TouchBistro is hiring an Enterprise Partnership Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with enterprise-level partners in the FinTech sector. You'll be responsible for onboarding, solution alignment, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in FinTech and excellent relationship management skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in FinTech and understand the intersection of technology, partnerships, and revenue growth — you thrive in collaborative environments and are proactive in managing relationships. You are comfortable solving complex problems and presenting to C-suite executives, ensuring that you can effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
You possess experience in managing the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, and long-term relationship management — your ability to develop partner account plans drives adoption and upsell opportunities. You are relationship-driven and excel at ensuring seamless communication and alignment with partner organizations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level partners across FinTech, payments, SaaS, and ISVs — acting as the primary point of contact for partner organizations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver partner value and lead quarterly business reviews to provide performance insights and recommendations.
You will identify expansion opportunities and negotiate partner agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders — supporting go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing campaigns to strengthen partner engagement. Monitoring partner performance metrics will be crucial, as you proactively address risks, blockers, or gaps in execution to ensure partners are fully enabled on our solutions.
What we offer

You will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping restaurateurs streamline their operations and deliver a stellar guest experience. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
