Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in sales, particularly in prospecting, selling, and closing deals in the advertising, SaaS, or technology sectors. Your track record demonstrates success in selling complex products, and you possess the ability to quickly absorb product information and effectively communicate value propositions to clients. You hold a Bachelorβs Degree and are eager to leverage your skills in a performance-driven environment.
You excel at building and nurturing relationships, identifying new publisher partners, and sharing your expertise on how to expand ad revenue and audience engagement. Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new partners.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Taboola, you will play a vital role in the Publisher Sales SMB team, managing inbound inquiries and conducting outbound prospecting to onboard a large volume of publishers. You will collaborate closely with the Director to meet with prospects and close long-term business deals, building detailed proposals using projection models in Microsoft Excel. Your responsibilities will also include creating engaging presentations for in-person and video conference meetings to pitch prospects, as well as quickly calculating media math to provide relevant revenue estimates during calls and meetings.
You will assist the operations team in implementing processes, structuring integrations, and launching new partners, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are executed smoothly. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Publisher Sales team, helping to monetize and enhance audience engagement for a diverse range of publishers.
What we offer
At Taboola, we offer a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of $115,000 to $128,000. Our compensation package includes a discretionary bonus, equity options, flexible PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, we provide a competitive 401(k) match and paid parental leave, ensuring that our employees are well-supported both personally and professionally.
