Overview

Trackforce is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive client acquisition and expansion in the Enterprise segment. You'll leverage your sales expertise to deliver value to clients. This role requires significant experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your business acumen allows you to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value. You excel in building relationships and becoming a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the services provided.

Your ability to navigate the sales process from prospecting to closing deals is complemented by your strategic thinking and execution skills. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams across different regions and time zones. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are motivated by achieving targets and contributing to the company's growth.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Trackforce, you will be responsible for acquiring new top-tier clients and expanding our footprint with existing clients. You will utilize your sales expertise to develop and execute strategies that align with client needs and the company's objectives. Your role will involve understanding the unique challenges faced by clients in the physical security sector and providing them with effective solutions through our SaaS platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our offerings. Your responsibilities will also include conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry, allowing you to position Trackforce as a leader in physical security workforce management.
