Who you are

You are a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within large accounts. With a strong ability to build long-term customer partnerships, you thrive in collaborative environments and excel at driving significant revenue growth. Your experience includes developing and executing comprehensive account plans that lead to successful cross-selling opportunities. You understand the nuances of working with enterprise clients and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures to achieve results.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, and you are driven by results, consistently exceeding sales quotas. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are flexible in your approach to meeting client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving expansion sales within a select portfolio of large enterprise accounts, focusing on those with over 5,000 employees. You will lead primary and secondary account teams, collaborating closely with Sales Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive account plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and executing strategies to deepen existing customer relationships.

You will also be tasked with exceeding quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas, leveraging your expertise to navigate the complexities of enterprise sales. As you engage with clients, you will work to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in expanding Smartsheet's footprint within these key accounts, and you will report directly to the Regional Director of DACH Sales.
