Who you are
You have 1-2 years of previous experience in finance, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and the month-end process. Your analytical skills are very good, allowing you to interpret new and complex data effectively. You possess excellent presentation skills, both written and oral, which enable you to communicate financial information clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as you will be using these tools regularly in your role. You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams and participating in various projects that involve multiple stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide direct assistance to the finance function in Bulgaria, as well as to newly established investment brokers around the globe. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts for these brokers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the accounts payable function, which includes the receipt and booking of invoices, as well as coordinating with local finance professionals. Your role will also involve liaising with auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and other counterparties to ensure smooth financial operations. Participation in transfer pricing arrangements between entities within the group will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gain valuable experience in international finance.
